We encourage you to come along to the last 30 minutes of the inspection so our property inspector can discuss any issues we may have found. This also helps to give you an insight into the pros and cons of the home you are purchasing. We can also highlight any ongoing maintenance requirements. We positively encourage your questions so you gain a good understanding of your home. If you are unable to attend, don’t worry, as we will call you to give a verbal account of the inspection.
